Why is my promotional code not working?
There are a few reasons why your promotional code might not be working. Here are a few:
Has your voucher code expired? The expiry date can be found in the email that we sent to you with the code in.
Is there a minimum buying criteria for the code to be activated? The buying criteria will be stated in the email that we sent to you with the code in.
Did you copy and paste the code incorrectly? If not, please make sure there are no additional spaces at the start of the code.
If the code still does not work, please contact our Customer Support team and we can look into this further for you.
How do I use a promotional code?
Within your shopping basket, you will see a link called "Do you have a voucher code?" just below the items you have added to purchase. Simply click this link and a box will appear for you to enter your code.
Can I get a discount for bulk orders?
We do not offer discounts on bulk Business to Customer (B2C) orders. However, we do have a Business to Business (B2B) department, for me information please see our B2B page here.
Do you give student discounts?
No, We do not offer Student Discount.
How do I find an item on your website?
You can look for an item by using our search bar at the top of the Mobile Fun home page. Or you can use our device selector "Choose Your Device" to find items that are compatible.
Do you offer gift cards?
No, sorry we do not currently offer gift cards.
