Why have you taken my money but not shipped my order?
We take payment once orders are placed on our website, this is to help reserve stock for immediate despatch. Your order is placed onto a backorder list and is processed the same day the stock becomes available.
Estimated dates of arrival for our products can be seen in realtime on all of our product pages; just above the "add to basket" button.
When do you take payment for my order?
We take payment at the end of our checkout and your order has been successfully placed on our website.
Why was my payment declined?
You will need to contact your payment provider to find out why the transaction was not authorised by them. Once resolved with your payment provider you can replace your order on our website.

How long until I see my refund in my account?
Refunds are always actioned back onto the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for card refunds and 1-3 working days for PayPal refunds to appear back in your account.
