  No, you do not need an account to order from us you can checkout as a guest.

• How can I update my email address for my account?

  To change your email address in your account - please log in here.  Select Edit my Details and ensure you select save once updated.   ​

• How can I pay without a PayPal account?

  You can simply checkout using PayPal as a guest; they accept Visa and Mastercard as payment options.  When paying as a guest, please ensure that the address within PayPal matches the order delivery address, as this is where we will ship the parcel.

• How long until I see my refund in my account?

  Refunds are always actioned back onto the original payment method. Please allow 2-5 working days for card refunds and 1-3 working days for PayPal refunds to appear back in your account.
